1. Optional in-game feedback

When you press Send feedback, we receive your selected opinion, topic and optional comment with your game-profile ID, level, app version, platform and language. Authorized team members use these private Firebase support records to improve the game. They are not published as store reviews. Do not include sensitive personal information. Comments are not sent to analytics or crash reports. With analytics consent, we record opinion, topic and submission outcome without the comment. You may skip the form. Contact support to request deletion; support-record retention below applies.

2. Who we are

Web Masters, based in Armenia, operates Travel & Pack and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at wmclubllc@gmail.com for privacy questions and requests. This policy covers the mobile game and these support pages.

3. Your profile and saved game

The game creates or resumes a Firebase game profile, including a guest profile when platform sign-in is unavailable. We process its unique player ID, sign-in provider identifiers, session information and authentication tokens to identify your profile and protect access. Linking Google Play Games or Apple Game Center connects your game profile to that platform account. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.

Cloud saves contain level progress, current packing, rewards, inventory, purchase entitlements and settings such as language and sound. A local copy and recovery copies may remain on your device. An internet connection is required for the mobile game. Declining optional analytics does not disable the game or its essential online functions.

4. Optional analytics and error reports

When you allow analytics and error reports, Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics receive gameplay events and diagnostic information. These can include levels started or completed, retries, hints, shop interactions, ad events, app version, device and operating-system information, installation identifiers and crash details. We use them to understand difficulty and fix errors.

This collection is off until you choose to allow it. Change your choice in Settings → Privacy settings → Analytics and errors. Turning it off stops future optional collection; it does not automatically erase reports already received. Our gameplay analytics code does not send your name, email address, purchase receipts or store purchase tokens to Analytics or Crashlytics.

5. Advertising

The game uses Google AdMob and may serve Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads through mediation. See Meta’s Privacy Policy for its data practices. Advertising providers can process IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP, device or advertising identifiers where available and permitted, ad views and interactions, and diagnostics. They use this information to deliver and measure ads and detect fraud. The data and ad types depend on your region, device permissions and consent choices.

Advertising choices are separate from gameplay analytics. Where available, manage them in Settings → Privacy settings → Advertising choices and in your device privacy settings. Rewarded videos are optional. The No automatic ads purchase removes automatic ads; optional rewarded videos remain available. Ad availability and rewards depend on successful delivery and completion.

6. Purchases and support

Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store using Unity In-App Purchasing. The game and its purchase services process product IDs, transaction or order IDs, receipts or purchase tokens, and entitlement status to deliver, restore and verify purchases and prevent duplicate grants. Unity's IAP service may also process purchase, device and service-usage information as described in its policy. Web Masters does not receive your full payment-card details.

If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. Send only what is needed to resolve your request. Never send passwords, authentication codes, full card details or identity documents unless a specific lawful verification process has first been explained.

7. Why we use information

We use essential profile, save and purchase data to provide the game and fulfil purchases; security information to protect players and the service; and support information to respond to you. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the game, or legal obligations. Optional analytics and advertising processing that requires consent relies on that consent. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

8. Service providers and international processing

Our providers include Google/Firebase for authentication, cloud saves, hosting, analytics, diagnostics and app integrity; Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network and Unity for advertising and related services; and Google Play and Apple for platform sign-in and purchases. Providers receive information needed for their services and may act as processors or independent controllers under their terms. We may also disclose information when lawfully required or necessary to protect legal rights.

Our cloud-save database is hosted in Belgium. Authentication and other provider services may process data in the United States and other countries. Hosting uses global delivery infrastructure. International processing is subject to the providers' applicable data-protection terms and transfer mechanisms; contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

9. How long information is kept

We keep your profile and cloud saves while they are needed to maintain your account and restore progress, unless you request deletion. Uninstalling the game alone does not delete the cloud profile. Purchase, security and support records may be retained when needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or satisfy legal obligations. Such retained information is limited to those purposes.

Analytics, diagnostics, hosting logs and provider backups follow the applicable provider retention settings and policies. Crashlytics describes a 90-day retention period before removal from live and backup systems begins. Local saves and preferences remain until removed through the app/device controls or uninstall, subject to operating-system backups. We do not promise that deleting a profile instantly removes every provider backup or independently held store record.

10. Your choices, requests and deletion

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent and a complaint to a data-protection authority. We will handle requests under applicable law and may ask for proportionate information to verify that a profile belongs to you.

For account and associated game-data deletion, use our account deletion page. It explains how to submit a request even if you no longer have the game. Your player ID is available under Settings → Privacy settings. Deletion is not a refund and does not delete your Google or Apple account. Separately held store records and provider data remain subject to their own rules.

11. Teenagers and children

This release is intended for teenagers and adults aged 13 and above, and is not directed to children under 13. Where local law requires a higher age or parental permission for particular processing, those requirements also apply. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal data without the required permission, contact us so we can investigate and arrange appropriate deletion. A store content rating is not a statement that every data-processing activity is suitable for every age.

12. Security and these web pages

We use encrypted connections and restricted access to our cloud services. No service can guarantee absolute security. These document pages do not include advertising, analytics scripts, tracking cookies or third-party fonts. Firebase Hosting still processes network information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect its service. Opening an external provider link takes you to that provider's website and privacy practices.

13. Changes and provider information

We will update this page when our practices change and show the revised date. Where required, we will give additional notice or request consent before a material change takes effect. Provider information: Firebase privacy and security, Google Privacy Policy, Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy, and Apple Privacy Policy.
